TERA GRAHAM

Tera is an experienced esthetician and massage therapist based in Bozeman. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2006 with a degree in esthetics, and later completed her training in massage therapy. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has honed her skills in deep tissue massage and facials.

In 2013, Tera and her business partner opened a skincare and massage studio, which has since become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike. She takes great pride in offering personalized treatments that leave her clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and glowing.

After recently selling her portion of her successful business Tera is excited to announce the opening of Hibernate Day Spa, where she will continue to offer her signature services in a tranquil and luxurious setting. Her commitment to quality and excellence is evident in every aspect of the spa, from the state-of-the-art equipment to the carefully curated product selection.

When she's not working, Tera loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether it's hiking, snowboarding or simply enjoying the natural beauty of Montana, she cherishes every moment of her time in the great outdoors.

SEKIVA SANDER

Sekiva Sander is an experienced and dedicated aesthetician focused on evidence-based approaches, holistic integration, customized treatments, and prevention. Sekiva takes pride in making clients look and feel their very best while cultivating a safe and welcoming environment. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from those with sensitive skin to those with more complex dermatological concerns. In addition to her technical expertise, Sekiva has a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. Sekiva stays committed to continuing education, advanced training, and product knowledge. She is always looking for new ways to improve the client experience and achieve the best possible results.

Outside of the Spa you can find her tending to her flower beds and exploring the outdoors with her tiny but mighty Boston Terrier, Mila.

    JAKE SCHULTE

    Massage Therapist

    Jake was born and raised in beautiful Washington State. His athleticism and drive have truly helped shape him into a wonderful Licensed Massage Therapist. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Montana State University in Kinesiology with a Minor in Coaching. He also holds two Personal Training Certificates; one from A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) and the other from SGX (Spartan Group Exercise). He Graduated from Health Works Institute's School of Massage in 2019 but has been doing various forms body work in the Personal Training field for the last 9 years while also teaching fitness courses at MSU. He is a very results driven individual, and we're excited to have him on our team!

    JULIA HEID

    Esthetician

    Julia moved to Bozeman for her love of the outdoors. On her free time she is often doing something active or seeking out the next adventure.She had her training in Denver Colorado through The College of International Esthetics and Lash Company. She became an esthetician because of her love for helping others and her love for the beauty industry. Since graduation, Julia has continued her education in gua sha and lymphatic work.

    LAURA GILHOUSEN

    MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Laura is a Bozeman Native who has been practicing as a massage therapist for 10 years and counting. Her specialties include deep tissue work, with an emphasis on assisted stretching and postural alignment. Laura believes that massage therapy aids the body in its ability to heal itself. She is also proficient in a variety of modalities, including cupping, hot stones, hot bamboo, prenatal massage, and trauma sensitive massage. She is excited to incorporate body wraps into her repertoire. When she is not in session, she enjoys spending time with her son outdoors, picnicing and / or relaxing at a local hotspring, pool, or other bodies of water.

    Massage Therapist / Reiki Master

    Dezri has been working in holistic wellness for decades. Her journey began as a body builder and personal trainer... Over the years her massages have become highly intuitive.. coercive rather than forceful. They have been described as deep, vibey, cleansing and euphoric.

    Dezri is a speaker writer and activist who spends her summer's kayaking the Yellowstone River with her close friends and dog Mazi.

    With experience in both, spa and medical massage, in the USA and Europe, Varju is uniquely qualified to create a customized massage for her clients. She is a graduate of the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell.

    Her toolkit includes but is not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Sports Massage. She gets inspiration and energy for healing from spending time in nature hiking or biking

  • Lexie Menante

    Massage Therapist

    Lexie became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2018 from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. Since then she has dedicated her time and energy into practicing massage, connecting with her clients, and furthering her education to serve with experience and knowledge. She has served Montana spas and wellness clinics for 7 years and resides in the Bozeman area with her dog and partner.

    Her massage is slow and smooth, ranging from light to deep pressure to release tension, relieve chronic pain, and calm the nervous system. 

    Her techniques include craniosacral, muscle-specific deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage stretching, and fascial release. 

  • Maddie Clary

    Massage Therapist

    Maddie was inspired to pursue massage therapy from her drive to help others and her interest in anatomy. She attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO and graduated in June of 2019. After being able to use massage as a means to travel the world, she is excited to be back home in the Gallatin Valley.

    She has training in a variety of techniques from Swedish to deep tissue to sports and, is also trained in pre-natal and cupping. She blends all of these techniques to create a custom massage experience for each client. She believes in letting intuition guide her practice and seeing how your body responds to massage all while meeting your expectations for each session. Whether you need a grounding, peaceful session or a more technical and sporty massage, she’s happy to help.

    In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, thrift shopping, and spending time with her family

  • Paige Simmons

    Massage Therapist

    Paige has been passionately practicing massage therapy for the past 14 years. After graduating from Capri College in massage and esthetics, she worked at the award-winning Zenders Day Spa in Iowa City, the renowned Ayurvedic spa Dragon Tree in Boulder, and Uthoff Family Chiropractic in the Amana Colonies. Paige’s client-centered care has helped her forge strong connections and develop a deep body–mind understanding. Her practice is rooted in a holistic approach, specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and maternity massage. In her free time, Paige loves to be outdoors with her husband and two daughters. Having moved from Iowa, she’s excited to begin her new journey in Bozeman—and hopes to help you “Hibernate,” and restore.
